Q: Where do you ship to? Are you shipping internationally?
A: We currently ship to anywhere within the United States, Canada, Australia, and United Kingdom, but are working on opening international shipping to other countries soon.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: Please give us 1-2 business days to pack and ship your order. Orders placed after 2:00pm PST on Friday — or over the weekend — will ship on Monday.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns are accepted on all unworn, undamaged, unwashed items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please read the Shipping & Return Policy for more details.
Q: Where are your clothes made?
A: Our pieces are designed in San Francisco and ethically produced in BSCI-certified factories in Jiangyin and Ningbo, China. All of our factory workers are highly-trained, work under excellent conditions, receive health care insurance, and are paid fair living wages.
Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: We know buying clothes online can be difficult. Email us at support@andcomfort.com if you have any questions regarding fit. If you’re in San Francisco, we’re more than happy to have you come in and try on our pieces in-person too - email us to schedule an appointment!
Q: How should I wash or care for my clothing?
A: We generally recommend to machine wash cold and hang dry the garments. This helps prolong the life of the garment (and is better for the environment too). Specific care instructions can also be found on the product pages of our website and on care tags attached to the clothing itself.
